We want to ensure hays is an employer of choice for all parents and to enable parents to collaborate as a community, be able to access information and resources and ensure they feel supported

Being a parent and juggling work commitments can have its ups and downs. By bringing employees together as a community to share experiences, access information and resources, we can support parents to do both and achieve their career ambitions at Hays.

Within the [email protected] network, we have recognised many awareness days such as Children’s Mental Health Week, Diwali, Chinese New Year, Random Act of Kindness Day & Black History Month whereby we have shared resources, top tips, book recommendations and craft ideas for the Parents and Children of Hays. We have had a lot of fun along the way with some creative competitions too!
