We recognise that working parents need more leave to spend time with their children. That’s why at Reward Gateway we have adopted a generous and gender neutral Parental Leave Policy that would give:
One year fully paid leave for the primary caregiver. During that time you will receive 100% of your reference salary.
4 weeks fully paid leave for the secondary caregiver
In order to qualify for Parental Leave, you must be :
the biological mother or father of the child
the child’s adoptive parent (male or female)
