Parenting & Carers at Teneo

Teneo offers part-time and flexible working, open to anyone of any gender, as we believe we should support all colleagues to care.

We offer enhanced leave and pay for both paternity, maternity and shared parental leave.

Our most recent policy is our Pregnancy and Baby Loss Policy and assumes that all genders who are parents will need support (independent of tenure, sexual orientation or how one becomes a parent), so anyone in the business can avail of the policy and support included.

 Our return-to-work package is offered to colleagues of any gender that return to work after an extended period of leave and includes individual coaching.

We have a Families & Carers ERG who are an empathic network of individuals supporting one another as working parents and carers. They also provide crucial feedback to our People team on new policies, such as our recent Pregnancy and Baby Loss Policy.
