Each policy is there to provide support to our people when they need it the most.
At Brit we recognise the role that employers must play in helping to tackle barriers and putting structures in place to support our male employees such as supporting new Dads. That's why we offer up to 26 weeks fully paid shared parental leave to all of our employees.
We were delighted to hear from two people who have benefitted from our Shared Parental Leave policy, James Bright ACII and Charlie Fellerman.
We believe that by having these policies in-place, we empower our people to bring their whole authentic selves to work.
