Here at Experian we are a work family, and we understand how important family life is and the responsibility and the joy dependants bring. To support those who do have dependants, we offer a range leave benefits.
We aim to support you if you legally adopt a child, or become a child's parent through an eligible surrogacy arrangement and allow you the statutory time off to settle your child into your family.
Our aim is to create an environment which enables you to combine work with family responsibilities and to make it as easy as possible for you return to work after having a baby.
All female employees, regardless of length of service or hours of work are entitled to a period of Maternity Leave. You also have the right to return to the same (or similar) job.
We offer Paternity Leave to you if your wife, civil partner or partner gives birth to a child. We offer the same leave to adoptive parents where a child is matched or newly placed with you for adoption. Either the adoptive father or mother may take Paternity Leave where the other adoptive parent has elected to take adoption leave.
Parents and Carers Leave
We understand that parents and carers may need our support to combine work with family care and so we aim to make it as easy as possible for you to take a period of leave to care for a dependant such as a child or a family member.
Shared Parental Leave
Our aim is to create an environment which enables you to combine work with family responsibilities and make it as easy as possible for you to take Shared Parental Leave with your partner either at the same time or separately.
