Michael J. Ullmer, AO- Chairman (Independent Non Executive Director)

Mr Ullmer joined the Board in December 2011 and was appointed Chairman in November 2018.

Stephen B. McCann – Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director (Executive Director)

Mr McCann began his journey with Lendlease in 2005 as Chief Executive Officer for our Investment Management business. He then became Group Finance Director in 2007 before landing his current role as Group Chief Executive Officer in December 2008. He joined the Board as Managing Director in March 2009. Mr McCann has over 25 years’ experience in real estate, funds management, investment banking and capital markets transactions.

Jane S. Hemstritch – Independent Non-Executive Director

Ms Hemstritch joined the Board in September 2011, she has extensive senior executive experience in information technology, communications, change management and accounting. Over a 25 year career with Accenture and Anderson Consulting, she held a number of leadership positions and has worked with global clients across financial services, telecommunications, government, energy and manufacturing sectors as well as business expansion.

Nicola M. Wakefield Evans – Independent Non-Executive Director

Ms Wakefield Evans was an M&A lawyer for 29 years at King & Wood Mallesons, where she was a partner for nearly 20 years. She joined our Board in September 2013 and has extensive experience as an equity capital markets and M&A lawyer. She is a member of Chief Executive Women Inc.

Dan Labbad – Chief Executive Officer, International Operations

Dan is also Chief Executive Officer, Europe. He is responsible for overseeing the disciplined expansion of our Europe, Americas and Asia regions.

Victoria Quinlan – Chief Operating Officer, Europe

Victoria is Chief Operating Officer in the European region. She is based in London.

Lisa White – Head of Human Resources, Europe and Global Head of Talent

Lisa is Head of Human Resources and Global Head of Talent. She is based in London.
