Ofcom Parents and Carers Network

The Ofcom Parents and Carers Network was created to support colleagues with childcare or other caring responsibilities, enabling them to share experiences with each other and to allowing the organisation to learn how to better support them.

Activities include:

• helping to set up ‘buddy networks’ for colleagues returning from maternity and paternity leave;
• networking events, using our agile technology to make these as accessible as possible; and
• regular newsletters.
