Net-Éire at Morgan Stanley

Net Éire was set up to promote awareness of Irish Enterprise & Culture and to provide a forum for Irish employees at Morgan Stanley.

Over the years the network has evolved, and now boasts a diverse membership of people across the company, who all share an interest or connection with one of the many aspects of Ireland in the 21st century. ​

Net Éire offers a range of events to its members, including:

Business Speaker Events - debates, panel discussions and speaker events focused on differentiating Morgan Stanley among Irish clients and business networks. These are open to both internal and external attendees.

Charity/Community Work - assisting in making the world around us a better place. 2010 was the pilot of the Morgan Stanley/Cooperation Ireland Annual Youth Initiative, which involves inviting students from Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and the local London Schools to a workshop of career, motivational and diversity events over two days at the Firm's Canary Wharf offices.

Brown Bag Speaker Sessions - informal speaker events held during lunchtimes, where senior members of the network can impart their knowledge on topics such as the business environment, leadership and career.

Social/Networking Events - opportunities for network members to mix and network more informally.

Wednesday 12th September – “Annual Networking Event for US-Ireland Alliance” @The Marylebone Hotel. The US-Ireland Alliance is a proactive, non-partisan, non-profit organization dedicated to consolidating existing relations between the United States and the island of Ireland and building that relationship for the future.

Friday 4th May 2018 – “Net Eire & Co-Operation Ireland Youth Academy Programme”

For the ninth consecutive year, Net Éire in conjunction with the peace building charity Co-operation Ireland, will host a 2 day student program at our London offices. As with previous years the 2 day event will cover a host of activities in the office as well as field trips to various London locations. The annual student diversity program brings young people from both sides of the community in Ireland together with London delegates from various ethnic backgrounds.
