Multi Faith Network at Network Rail

The Network Rail Multi Faith Network (MFN) is Network Rail’s newest employee network open to thousands of staff across the company across all faith groups.

Having launched in April 2015, the MFN’s membership has grown into the hundreds, with staff from Glasgow to London, across many faiths. The MFN arranges staff networking events, publishes periodic newsletters and Intranet articles on faith matters relevant to staff, advises Diversity & Inclusion Employee policy on faith issues, and arranges training workshops for staff in faith awareness in the workplace.

The MFN is looking to increase membership and to work more closely with senior leadership to advise on faith issues that affect employees and branch out to other faith networks in different companies and industries.
