Mentoring Sponsorship Scheme at Moneysupermarket Group

The mentoring sponsorship scheme aims to provide dedicated career growth support, help develop specific skills and confidence, as well as increase the visibility and expand the network of our multi-ethnic colleagues and women in under-represented areas of the Group by pairing them with senior leaders for a six month-long mentoring sponsorship relationship. The scheme is flexible, fits around work commitments of both the mentor and their mentee and is designed to give as much or as little training, guidance and coaching as required by the participants.
