Mental Health support at Arcadis

Mental health is one of the biggest issues facing our industry today, particularly within the construction sector.  That’s why, back in 2017, we signed the ‘Time to Change’ employer pledge, committing to promote and support good mental health awareness and wellbeing across Arcadis.

Colleagues across our business have worked tirelessly over the last two years to drive the programme forward, challenging preconceptions and importantly instigating conversation. We’re encouraging our people to be open about mental health and – working closely with Mental Health First Aid England – we have invested in equipping 125 mental health first aiders with the skills to support those in need and, where necessary, signpost to professional services.
