We are committed to enhancing quality of life and building a healthier future which, we believe, all starts with our people. By helping us all to look after our physical and mental wellbeing, it allows us to actively improve our overall sense of wellbeing. At Nestlé we focus on five key areas:

With a spotlight on mental wellbeing, we have worked hard in recent years to train over 200 people in the UK&I to become qualified Mental Health First Aiders (MHFA). We expect to continue this and increase these numbers further in the future. These roles are pivotal, our people volunteer to be trained and are here to support anyone who is experiencing emotional distress, mental health issues or who just want to talk, whether it be personal or work related. Our MHFA are specially trained to ensure the right network of support is put in place depending on individual needs.
