The Human Rights Campaign (HRC) annually rates major companies on their corporate policies and practices pertaining to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning employees. For the eleventh year running, UBS received a top score of 100% in HRC's Corporate Equality Index (CEI).
The pride networks built a platform for employees who are interested in creating and sustaining an LGBT friendly environment where people are comfortable being open and honest about their sexual orientation, gender expression or gender identity.
UBS participates in Pride Month in many of our locations, with a series of events that aim to counter prejudice against non-heterosexual people; including the Pride March.
