LGBTQ+ Ally initiative at St. Modwen

We're incredibly proud to have launched our new LGBTQ+ Ally programme, focused on allowing individuals throughout St. Modwen to stand with LGBTQ+ people to ensure they feel supported and empowered to be authentically themselves in the workplace.

Open to all St. Modwen employees across all sites and offices, Allies will be provided with an information pack, including a glossary of terms to encourage inclusive language, as well as an 'LGBTQ+ Ally' sticker that they can wear with pride, showing their support to colleagues and wider stakeholders.

The programme forms part of St. Modwen's ambition to achieve the UK National Equality Standard by 2025.

By colleagues from across the breadth of St. Modwen showing their support as an LGBTQ+ ally, we're able to champion and challenge diversity & inclusion in a sector that still faces challenges with LGBTQ+ inclusivity, showing our current workforce, and the future generation of the industry, that they can feel empowered to bring their whole selves to work, no matter their chosen career path.
