Learning and Development at Teneo

All employees have access to the development that they need as identified through their performance development plans. Skill based training for both role and grade is offered.

Our performance development review process uses a 360-degree feedback approach, allowing upwards feedback and a diversity of input.

Teneo offer a Global development programme, investing in our colleagues’ career development and transferring key capabilities across geographies.

We also offer unique L&D opportunities to equity-seeking groups, such as a women’s development programme.

We participate in Business in the Communities Cross Organisational Mentoring Circles for ethnically diverse talent, selecting ethnic minority colleagues from across our business areas to participate.

A comprehensive Conscious Inclusion training is provided to all new joiners.  This training exceeds the mandatory D&I training modules on unconscious bias and empowers colleagues to understand the importance of and need for inclusion in the workplace. Other aspects of our Conscious Inclusion programme include Active bystander training and a series of allyship lunch and learns that encourage employees to work in partnership with their underrepresented colleagues.

Teneo also offer a learning wellbeing programme, providing colleagues with access to external experts on the concepts of stress, burnout and de-stigmatising mental health.
