If you're a high-flying manager or leader, we support your development to be the best leader you can be through our CMI-accredited LEAD programme. Your leadership skills are just as important as the technical skills you bring to your role. As a leader, you shape the purpose of your team, your colleagues experience, the delivery of your teams’ objectives, as well as shaping our culture and the future of our business.  LEAD gives you the academic side of leadership along with some great practical projects to bring it to life in the workplace.

We are particularly proud of our inclusive approach to manager selection for our LEAD programme. We use a blind application process to ensure that all motivated employees across the group can benefit from LEAD. As well as working to even out the pathway to success for our managers, we get to learn from the wide spectrum of skills and perspectives of our talented managers in the process!
