Invisible Disabilities (Dyslexia / Dyspraxia) at the Financial Conduct Authority
We offer reasonable adjustments for all staff with medical conditions/disabilities which affect our people in the workplace, this includes invisible disabilities such as dyslexia. These workplace adjustments are designed to enable all our people to fulfil their potential at work.
Our disability network group, Embrace, provides support for both physical and mental wellbeing (including invisible disabilities). They play a key role in in providing raising awareness disability throughout the FCA, throughout the FCA and support staff with related issues. We are also corporate members of Purple Space and the Business Forum on Disability.
