Iechyd Da Network at the Food Standards Agency

This aptly named group promotes good health and wellbeing in our workplace and looks to integrate these practices into the FSA in Wales’ culture. This will be actioned through various events and awareness raising activities, to encourage conversations and actions around key wellbeing issues such as:

• Mental health and wellbeing
• Musculoskeletal disorder
• Alcohol, drugs, tobacco and other substance abuse
• Food, health and nutrition
• Physical activity

Iechyd Da will also form part of the wider FSA Wellbeing Group to jointly organise events and raise awareness, ensuring the maximum impact of our messaging.
