• Providing access to professional occupational health advice from our external partners
• Providing a free and confidential life management and personal support service, including professional counselling, that are available to you 24 hours a day, any day of the year
• Having dedicated wellbeing rooms in our buildings, to take time out, access wellbeing resources, or make contact for confidential support
• Providing Mental Health Advocates, HMRC employed colleagues, who have been trained to offer a confidential listening ear and help you access the right professional support at the right time
• Access to a staff-led Mental Health Network offering peer support and building awareness of mental ill-health
