Grievance Redressal Policies & Processes at Wipro

We have a formal grievance redressal system, backed by strong senior management commitment, whereby any employee/ stakeholder can report grievances or violations relating to Code of Business Conduct (COBC) through Prevention of Sexual Harassment Committee (PSHC) & Ombuds process without fear of retaliation or retribution.

Prevention of Sexual Harassment - At Wipro, we believe that every employee has the right to work in an environment that is free from intimidation, harassment & abuse; whether physical, verbal or psychological. We treat all our employees with respect and ensure that one’s dignity is never compromised. Our Global Policy on Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PSH) at workplace provides a strong framework of confidentiality, assurance, protection to all employees and zero tolerance for any form of sexual harassment. The policy is gender neutral.

Ombuds Policy: We also have a robust ombuds process allowing employee, contractors & vendors to raise a grievance/complaint on any matter without any fear of reprisal.
