Graduate Schemes at ENGIE

Our two-year rotational schemes are designed to give you fantastic exposure to our business. We’ll select your first two placements for you and then support you in choosing the right opportunities to help shape your chosen career path.

Training and Development - We make sure that our graduates have the technical, leadership and management skills they need to become the managers of the future. All our graduates gain an industry recognised management qualification in their first year and are enrolled on to a structured learning curriculum that spans across the two-year scheme. Over the course of the scheme, you’ll develop outstanding communication and negotiation skills, learn how to lead and motivate teams, and attend residential development weeks designed to get you thinking about your own individual leadership style.

To us, it doesn’t matter who you are. If you share our energy, behaviours and vision, we want to work with you. Simple.
