GLOW at Dentons

GLOW is our Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) network group and is open to all partners and staff.  Allies (non LGBT colleagues) are an important part of this network group and we are proud of the number of allies showing their support.

GlOW aims to provide a supportive environment for LGBT staff and partners and encourage a greater understanding among non-LGBT colleagues on matters relating to sexual orientation and gender identity.

In addition to GLOW, we also have a Global LGBT+ network.

Recent awards and accolades:

• For the fourth year in a row, Dentons is ranked as a Stonewall Top 100 Employer in the UK, being placed 15th in the rankings for 2019.
• We are 1 of 13 organisations recognised as a Global Stonewall Employer.
• Brian Kennedy, senior associate in the London Real Estate team, was recognised by the British LGBT Awards 2019 as a Top 10 LGBT+ Future Leader.
• GLOW was named as one of the top 10 LGBT network groups in the UK at the British LGBT Awards 2018.
• Nick Mott and Esther McDermott, were named in the OUTstanding list for LGBT+ leaders in business, presented by the Financial Times.
