Getting connected

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) support our women and help them build networks. Through the Accenture Women’s Network–a global online platform–our women can share advice, insights and experiences.

Developing every day

At Accenture, everyone has a designated mentor, access to a personalized internal training portal and can sign up for training on being an inclusive leader and avoiding unconscious bias. Because of this, women make up 41 percent of total participants in mentoring and development programs.
