Our Aim - To help to create an Aon Culture where gender is not a barrier to opportunity and Aon is recognized by colleagues, clients, shareholders and the industry as a leading gender diverse and inclusive firm.

Inform

  • Keep Aon Colleagues up to date with the benefits of gender diversity and inclusion and the latest insight and support provided by Aon
  • Provide a forum for Aon colleagues to discuss and express their challenges and issues
  • Input to the Diversity and Inclusion Council and Aon Leadership the key areas where change is needed

Inspire

  • Open up networking opportunities for Aon colleagues to meet and help each other
