We want to support a culture in which all employees treat each other – and everyone involved in our business – with personal and professional respect. As we continue to see an increasing need for attracting more talents in the future, diversity and inclusion are crucial drivers that can help us sustain and build a healthy business and workplace.

We have a Women in Netcompany (WiN) group supporting women at Netcompany and putting on educational events to help our internal and external community of women in tech. We have also hosted educational events with the Us Programme and through a variety of female-focused career and job fairs to demystify roles in tech for women.
