Skip to main contentWe want to support and enhance the work life of our employees. This is why we offer a hybrid working agreement where most staff are expected to work in a Hays office five days over a fortnight period, and have the freedom to choose where they are based the other five days.
We hope that by providing our staff with freedom and flexibility in how they work, we will be able to continue to cultivate the high levels of productivity, engagement and loyalty that makes Hays such a rewarding place to work.
We also provide informal flexible working whereby you are able to occasionally start and finish up to an hour earlier or later from your current contractual work pattern. We appreciate that many of you may only need ad hoc or occasional changes to your start and finish times to achieve the flexibility you need.
