Family Friendly Solutions at Aon

Aon have recently launched a partnership with “My Family Care” –

Since we improved our maternity pay in 2018, to further support our Diversity & Inclusion and wellbeing agendas, we've partnered with My Family Care, the leader in delivering family-friendly solutions.

My Family Care makes combining work and family easier for you by giving you access to useful services, tools and resources, including6 sessions of back-up care per colleague per year! Sign up to this fantastic new benefit from Monday 4 March.

My Family Care offers support in two key areas:

• The Work and Family space, which is useful if you're a colleague who is managing the demands of work and family.
• The Parental Leave Toolkit which provides support to you and your line manager if you are preparing to take parental leave.

What's in it for you?

Here are some of the ways that My Family Care can support you with work and family:

• Backup care – provides you with access to last minute nannies, nurseries, and childminders, nationwide holiday clubs, as well as domiciliary care for elderly relative, or any adult dependent (note, Aon will fund 6 sessions of back-up care per colleague per year)
• Assistance to find permanent care – expert help and ongoing support to find permanent care from childcare, adult and eldercare specialists
• Access to work and family experts – you can arrange to speak with a friendly expert to discuss a variety of issues
• Other family-friendly support – including webinars, guides and collections of news stories
• The Parental Leave Toolkit – a personalised toolkit to support you and your line manager if you're going through, or preparing to take, parental leave; the toolkit offers relevant tips and tools along the way
