Our primary aim in the Faith and Belief Network is to promote a stronger and more in-depth faith literacy among staff. By understanding each other we can more easily relate to each other and this can strengthen our working relationships and aid us in working together effectively.
This ties into the overall Diversity and Inclusion objective to allow people to bring their whole selves to work.
