Our Tesco Bank Armed Forces Network aligns to the wider Tesco network which brings together former and current members of the armed forces and their families. Our network is open to all colleagues to join even if they don't have a military connection but simply admire and want to support our Armed Forces.
Our Network's Vision is to become a nationally recognised employer for the Armed Forces community.
Our Network's Core Purpose is to provide support to:
- Our colleagues who are serving/have served (and their families)
- Ex-military personnel who want to work for Tesco, iv. the wider Armed Forces community.
Our Network's Objectives:
- To grow the network and to increase engagement of our Armed Forces community.
- Increase the numbers of Ex Service personnel working in the Bank.
We help build Tesco's reputation as a supporter of the Armed Forces (this includes honouring our MOD Covenant).
