Ethnicity initiatives at NFTS

Inclusion is about making sure that people feel valued, respected, listened to and able to challenge. It’s about recognising and valuing the differences we each bring to the workplace and creating an environment where everyone has equal access to opportunities and resources.

As part of our Inclusion plan, we've set up the 50/50 project to monitor and understand the gender and ethnicity of our visiting tutors, with the aim of reaching a 50:50 ratio of male/female tutors and doubling the number of tutors from a BAME background, with an immediate focus on the Black community.
