Ethnicity at Dentons

Our Black Professionals Network (BPN) supports the firm's efforts and initiatives to achieve a greater level of recruitment and retention of black lawyers and black professionals at Dentons. BPN has been involved in awareness raising, mentoring and outreach programmes.  BPN celebrates Black History Month every year with talks, music, arts and crafts across all our UK offices.

Fusion is our Asian Professionals Network. This network is for colleagues identifying as Asian and other colleagues wishing to support the network group.  Fusion provides a supportive environment for Asian staff and partners where they can thrive professionally, through support, mentoring and career development.

Both BPN and Fusion are open to all partners and staff, regardless of ethnic background and we encourage everyone to support these networks and get involved in their events and initiatives.
