DBS have introduced Engagement and Inclusion Champions who represent all business areas and grades, as part of our programme of engagement and are a key channel for employee engagement and representation.
The role of the Engagement and Inclusion champions is varied, some key aspects include:
Actively supporting colleagues to talk openly, display a level of trust which leads to employees feeling more valued
Openly sharing the information with the wider EIC group
Helping to share information, key messages about the business with colleagues
Seeking examples and proof points of good practice from colleagues
Supporting Engagement & Inclusion Champions at DBS
