Employee Network Groups at TUI

We’re extremely fortunate to work in a company with such a diverse workforce and TUI has always been an incredibly sociable, fun place to work.  Our Ways of Working may have changed but we still want people to feel connected with colleagues across the business, and that’s why we have a number of employee network groups. 

• LGBTQ+ Employee Network -  Growing in numbers every day, and created to provide a safe space for our LGBTQ+ colleagues and connect like-minded people from all across the business, with social opportunities, and sharing ideas of how to educate colleagues on LGBTQ+ issues and get involved with nationwide events such as PRIDE.
• TUI2gether – Our Diversity, Inclusion and Equity Network creates a network of colleagues who are united in wanting to have a better understanding of issues of equality, diversity and inclusion and who would be open to further conversations with anyone who feels that they need an ally in the business or who would like a more private opportunity to discuss.
• Muslim Network – Brings Muslim colleagues together for Friday prayers, meeting new colleagues and learning about the Muslim faith.
• Jewish Network – This group is for colleagues who are Jewish or simply want to know more, and discuss topics about, the religion and Jewish traditions through conversations and events covering different elements that relate to Judaism.
• Disability Employees Network - A community that is a safe place to talk, and a forum where colleagues can raise awareness and understanding of disabilities, whether they’re visible or not.  The network aims to find ways to share the challenges faced by those with disabilities, or those with family and friends with disabilities, and discuss best practices.
