Employee Network Groups at Sky

Employee networks make Sky an even better place to work. By connecting communities and empowering everyone to be themselves.

Our networks are:

• Parents@Sky - developed and run by working parents to support families across Sky. With access to an online forum, website, webinars, workshops and all the latest information.

• LGBT+@Sky – provides professional and social networking opportunities for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and all identities. They have a big allies programme toom and celebrate in Pride events across the country.

• Women@Sky - a network of over 1000 of our people which provides opportunities for women to connect with others across the business, share experiences, develop and be inspired by role models from inside and outside of Sky.

• Muliticulture@Sky – celebrates all of our difference. And focuses on building an environment where people from a black and minority ethnic (BAME) background can achieve their potential.

• Body&Mind@Sky - ambition is to raise awareness and encourage the open discussion of mental health, disability and long term illness so at Sky and beyond, stigma and silence are replaced by understanding and acceptance.
