Our Employee Assistance Programme is in place to support employees in a wide range of issues by offering free, confidential guidance including telephone counselling, legal or financial information and advice on health and wellbeing concerns.

Employees can access this external service any time from all over the world by phone or online. 
We are committed to conducting our business with honesty, integrity and respect. We expect all employees to do the same, and have therefore partnered with a third-party whistleblowing platform to allow employees to report suspected wrongdoing, discrimination, harassment and safety concerns in a confidential way.
