Employee Assistance Programme at the Financial Conduct Authority

All FCA employees have access to an employee assistance programme and counselling services.  The programme offers practical information and counselling to all employees.  Support is available by phone or the internet while counselling can be obtained over the phone, online or face-to-face, close to work or your home − whichever is the more convenient.
