Employee Assistance Programme at RFU
Our EAP is run by Care First (in association with Aviva) and provides employees with a 24-hour personal support system. Whether it’s to help you prepare for a challenge and gather essential information, or get some sound and confidential advice on a life event that’s affecting you or your family, through EAP you can feel reassured with an expert team trained to help you.
Below are just some of the key benefits of the service:

- It’s free to use –the RFU pays for the service on your behalf
- You can use the EAP 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
