Come and join this network of passionate ethnic minority employees and open-minded allies who aim to support, educate and raise our collective consciousness on topics that often those in the majority have little insight into.  This is an open group and everyone is welcome!

We acknowledge that creating an authentically diverse workforce is paramount to our global impact and success. Whilst we don't have it right yet, we are making fundamental changes to our strategy to ensure greater racial diversity is embraced throughout our global organisation.

Committed to creating an inclusive work culture that allows our people to confidently bring their true self to work every day, we established EmbRACE – our first Race Inclusion support network. 

Executively sponsored by David Egan, Chief Finance Officer at RS Components, EmbRACE brings our ethnically diverse communities and allies together to openly discuss and raise awareness of race equality, and diversity, whilst generating positive change throughout our business.

Additionally, we are proud to support and celebrate national awareness days including Black History Month, Diwali and Martin Luther King Day, which acknowledge significant historical events and celebrations.
