We are at an historical moment where legal equality between men and women is no longer questioned. However, gender discrimination still exists in a diversity of forms and shapes. The gender pay gap, maternity leave, flexible working, menopause, gender stereotypes, unconscious bias andmicroaggressions to mention some. A group of women at Ebiquity came together to create a platform where these challenges could be discussed. The group has created a safe space to share experiences, to obtain support, to improve policies and drive positive change and awareness in the company.
