Ebiquity LGBTQIAP+ Network: The Village

Ebiquity are proud to have an LGBTQIAP+ Inclusivity Group called The Village – the name demonstrates the community feel of the group as well as a nod to Greenwich Village in New York, where the Stonewall Inn ignited the gay rights revolution. The initiative came about after a group of like-minded individuals wanted to promote openness and acceptance within the company, and to create a safe space for every person regardless of sexuality, gender, or identity. Research studies have proven that a diverse, inclusive culture in turn allows people to be themselves and hence perform better in their role.
