The Disabled Staff Network (DSN) is a support, advisory and campaigning network for disabled employees working in the CPS. They aim to improve the working lives of disabled employees through supporting and advising those with disabilities and campaigning for disability equality and inclusion in the CPS, advocating the Social Model of Disability.
DSN’s work includes:
Influencing key policymakers and stakeholders in the CPS to achieve disability equality and inclusion.
Providing high-quality advice, support and assistance to CPS employees.
Collaborating with the other Staff Networks, the FDA and PCS Unions, and external organisations such as the Business Disability Forum to achieve their aims.
Promoting a positive and progressive culture of workplace adjustments.
