Disabled/Neurodiverse Staff Network (DSN) at UAL

The Disabled/Neurodiverse Staff Network (DSN) is primarily made up of disabled/neurodiverse staff. We also welcome people who work in or have an interest in this area.


The aim of the DSN is to improve support for staff by: 

  • Sharing experiences, ways of working, and championing best practice. 
  • Raising staff concerns and making recommendations to UAL to address these.
  • Highlighting the good practice that takes place.
  • Contributing to UAL policy consultations and committees (where relevant). This support the development of existing and proposed policies and procedures, to consider their impact upon disabled/neurodiverse staff.
  • Holding events for example for International Day for Disabled People, Dyslexia Awareness week.

The DSN works in conjunction with UAL’s Diversity team.
