Disabled Employee Network (DEN) at HM Land Registry

Initially formed in 2005, the DEN is made up of disabled employees and carers across a wide range of Land Registry Business Units.

Within the business context, the Networks form an integral part of the organisation’s Diversity Working Group; working with the LGBT and BAME and with staff from all parts of the business to ensure Land Registry is working hard to create and maintain a more accepting and welcoming environment for Disabled

The Network is also the focal point for disabled colleagues to get together to share views and discuss what is going on in our respective communities. We recognise that disabled colleagues, at times, have different and quite specific needs, we can offer appropriate support and advice to colleagues, and if we can’t, we can put people in touch with someone who can.
