Disability Support at RFU

As an employer we are dedicated to embedding disability inclusion across our organisation which is why we have partnered with disability experts, EmployAbility, to enable us to provide the appropriate adjustment support to existing employees and new applicants joining RFU. They provide us with the expertise to fully support our employees and we are committed to keep improving what we can offer to our disabled colleagues. 

We are also a member of Inclusive Employers who provide routine webinars for any of our employees to attend and cover a range of topics including neurodiversity and disability inclusion. This is key to engaging all employees on disability inclusion and helping others to understand how people are disabled by barriers in society rather than their impairment or difference.

We are actively trying to incorporate accessibility into all of our existing projects and there are plenty of opportunities for colleagues to get involved if they would like, for example our stadium is getting upgraded and we have formed an accessibility group to feed into the design.
