disABILITY Network at Morgan Stanley

Morgan Stanley know that people are affected by disability in different ways or may just be interested to learn about different aspects of disability and how it might affect people and business. 

The Morgan Stanley disABILITY Taskforce is committed to creating a more positive, inclusive and disability confident workplace.  Its objectives include promoting the values and empowerment of people with a disability.

There are five working groups each focusing on a key area of importance: 

  • Recruitment & Retention: Improve Morgan Stanley’s ability to recruit and retain disabled talent.
  • Awareness and Education: Improve disability awareness at Morgan Stanley and promote ‘disability confidence’.
  • Accessibility: Increase accessibility to our office environment, equipment and technologies for people with disabilities 
  • Communication: Offer a network of support and information for everyone touched by disability.
  • Industry Liaison: Represent Morgan Stanley in Industry disability forums and share best practice.
