The Morgan Stanley disABILITY Taskforce is committed to creating a more positive, inclusive and disability confident workplace. Its objectives include promoting the values and empowerment of people with a disability.
There are five working groups each focusing on a key area of importance:
Recruitment & Retention: Improve Morgan Stanley’s ability to recruit and retain disabled talent.
Awareness and Education: Improve disability awareness at Morgan Stanley and promote ‘disability confidence’.
Accessibility: Increase accessibility to our office environment, equipment and technologies for people with disabilities
Communication: Offer a network of support and information for everyone touched by disability.
Industry Liaison: Represent Morgan Stanley in Industry disability forums and share best practice.
