Our new Disability Network, AMBITION, aims to build greater awareness of disability (both visible and non-visible) and to give individuals who have a disability or long-term condition the confidence to be themselves at work; to normalise the topic and to create an adaptable, supportive work environment.
AMBITION is an acronym which stands for the phrase - Acquired or congenital disabilities May Be Invisible To Individuals, but let’s make it Our Normality.
