One-half of the world’s population is touched by disabilities, either directly or through family, personal or working relationships. Our population at Bank of America reflects this global reality. The bank’s Disability Advocacy Network (DAN) fosters an environment that accepts, values, respects and supports those affected by disabilities.
The network is a source of support and information for employees and their children, friends and colleagues with disabilities. The network sponsors programs and events that embrace differences, promote creativity and develop opportunities for awareness and education.
