Corporate Social Responsibility Initiatives at Xero

Our Community Connect programme launched as a pilot in November 2017, born from a team of 12 staff with a joint passion for giving back to the local community.

Now heading into its second year, Community Connect has evolved into three ways in which we support our community: Day for Good, Sponsorship and Connections:

Day for Good allows all UK Xeros dedicated time to spend with one of our selected charities, supporting the amazing work that they do. This can be used at 1 full day or 2 half day events per year. The charities have been selected to cover a wide range of causes including homelessness, poverty, hospices, children, the aged, animals, disabilities and LGBT+

Sponsorship - any Xero can request a 25% 'top up' from Xero (up to £500) of the total amount raised for any sporting/endurance challenge, or similar.
Connections are for all the other events in between for example, Bake Sales and Collections that any Xero can organise and run.
