Celebrating Success at Taylor & Francis Group

In 2017 we launched our Global Spot Award Program, an opportunity for employees to recognize colleagues who have gone above and beyond to make Taylor & Francis a great place to work.

At any point throughout the year, employees can nominate someone for a Spot Award who has made a short-term or lasting contribution to Taylor & Francis. Examples may be a personal milestone, a team or project-based achievement, and/or an accomplishment that impacts the entire company.

Any employee of Taylor & Francis is eligible to win a Spot Award and there is no limit to how many awards are given each year. Each recipient receives a Spot Award certificate and is entered in a quarterly drawing to win a prize.
