BBC Pride Network

BBC Pride is the employee network group for all LGBT+ people who are working at, or in partnership with, the BBC.

We provide support, advice and friendship to members and open up channels of communication both at work and socially.  We seek to ensure our workplace is one where all members feel happy, comfortable and included. Through regular socials employees can gather in an informal setting and meet colleagues from across the BBC. We offer a range of different events throughout the year to engage and develop our diverse network of members. We also provide editorial teams, whenever requested, our guidance in the portrayal of LGBT people on TV, radio and online.
